2 Chainz, YG and Offset are 'Proud' of their mamas

12 March 2018
If you ask most people, they will tell you that they're proud of their mothers. If you ask 2 Chainz, YG and Offset, they'll go off and film a music video to show you just how proud they are of their mamas.

And that's exactly what happened for the the "PROUD" video. The three rappers enlisted their mothers to be the stars of the video for the song taken from Chainz's EP, The Play Don't Care Who Makes It.

The video, filmed Friday (9 Mar.) is directed by Joe Moore. He obviously did a good job because Chainz said he couldn't stop smiling throughout.

"Yesterday was amazing, I wish my pops was here but I know he looking down," he captioned an Instagram post with him and his mom. "It is the most genuine smile I have had all year."
YG offered a closer look into the video by sharing a behind-the-scenes clip of the filming showing his mom putting on her best rapper performance. “Our mommas went brazy yesterday,” he wrote about it.
It's not clear when we can expect the video as yet.
