Anderson.Paak will perform in Cape Town this December

23 November 2017
So, you're stuck in Cape Town and mad at everyone in Joburg because you have no water and you're not getting any of the Afropunk action. Well, it's time to turn that Table Mountain-sharp frown upside down. Afropunk, Kool Out Concepts and Matchbox Live have just announced that Afropunk Joburg festival headliner, Anderson .Paak and The Free Nationals will be performing a show in Cape Town before the main Jozi event.

Anderson and his band will take the Grand West Arena on 29 December - literally the day before his headlining act at the main festival.

Well, now at least you have that Cape Town. You just have to deal with jetlagged Anderson .Paak. We have to deal with jet lagged and exhausted-from-last-night's-show Anderson .Paak.

If you're keen on the Cape Town show, tickets will set you back between R150 and R 350.
