DJ Sliqe previews new album with “Bioskop” featuring Kwesta, Makwa

12 June 2018
DJ Sliqe wants to share his story with you, so he's released the song, "Bioskop." It's not just his story though, since he enlists Kwesta and Makwa to assist with verses on the song which speak to the collective journey of the trio.

On the production end, Sliqe takes inspiration from hip hop to create trap-esque soundscape highlighted by boom-bap percussion. He offers this as the perfect canvas to Kwesta and Makwa to drive home the emotion of the message of the song. Stream it now via Apple Music below.
"Bioskop" is the first single taken off of DJ Sliqe's forthcoming second studio LP, Navy Black. If you're wondering where that name comes from, the DJ and producer says, "#NavyBlack is 80% vernacular hence navy black, what's navy blue a dark blue so we decided navy black is a darker shade of being black."
Navy Black is expected to drop 18 June.
