Carly Rae Jepsen has scored her eighth straight week at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 with her debut single, “Call Me Maybe.” The catchy summer hit is now tied for the year’s longest running chart topper, matching Gotye’s eight week run with the breakthrough smash “Somebody That I Used to Know.” Katy Perry’s “Wide Awake” climbs one spot to number two, Maroon 5’s “Payphone” featuring Wiz Khalifa falls one notch to number three, while Flo Rida’s “Whistle is up two spaces to number four and Ellie Goulding’s “Lights” rises one spot to number five.
