Drake disses Tyga

16 February 2015
Late last year Tyga left YMCMB and didn’t mince his words about how he felt about former label mate Drake in an interview with VIBE magazine, stating that he didn’t like the “Started from The Bottom” rapper for being “fake”.

The beef spilled over onto social media with the two rappers taking subliminal digs at each other, from liking the others’ exes Instagram posts to subtweets and other petty jabs.

Drake has now taken it to another level and thrown jabs at Tyga in the track “6PM in New York” off his new album, ‘If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late’. Even though Drake doesn’t mention Tyga by name, the lines, “I heard a lil homie talking reckless in VIBE / Quite a platform you chose, you shoulda kept it inside / Oh you tried, it’s so childish calling my name on the world stage / You need to act your age and not your girl’s age,” are a clear reference to Tyga’s alleged relationship with Kylie Jenner.

Listen to the track and judge for yourself if the shots were intended for Tyga.

Seems this feud is back on again…
