Frank Ocean has decided to not press charges against Chris Brown and forgive him for last week’s parking lot scuffle. The “Forest Gump” singer posted a short letter on his Tumblr page that read, “I’ll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace.”
