Justin Bieber took the stage at the famed Apollo Theater in Harlem in New York City on Monday night. During the end of his set, the power went out in the building and Beiber was forced to finish his performance acoustically. Manager Scooter Braun told The Associated Press that Bieber literally, “blew up the Apollo.” He added that it was “one of the most special nights I have ever been part of.” Bieber’s Believe album is out now.
In other news, Justin Bieber and Katy Perry dominated the 2012 MuchMusic Video Awards on Monday. Bieber won International Video of the Year by a Canadian for his big hit, “Boyfriend” and Perry scored the International Video of the Year by an Artist for her song “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).”
