Now that Beyonce has delivered her baby with Jay-Z, it’s time for the couple to dress up their daughter, Blue Ivy Carter. According to Rap-Up.com, Kelly Rowland was recently spotted shopping for children’s clothes at Lucky Wang boutique in New York City. It was Rowland who told MTV News the sex of the couple’s child early on in Beyonce’s pregnancy.
