Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill is preparing his debut album, Dreams and Nightmares, which arrives later this month. The Maybach Music MC released the cover art for the effort, which represents his rise to the top of the game. The 25-year-old will release Dreams and Nightmares on October 30th.
