The video which was shot in the Epe, a historical town which lies on the north bank of the coastal Lagos Lagoon in Nigeria, and portrays an old school-themed love story. The video was directed by Bolaji “Kex” Kekere-Ekun of 37th State.
Within 48 hours of the video being posted online, it got over 52,000 views. While on a visit to the MTV Base office in Nigeria, the songstress mentioned she would be releasing her debut album in the first quarter of 2013.
